Redfern - Set of 19 designs for winter 1912-1913
A rare collection of drawings depicting 19 front and back models for the Parisian fashion house Redfern for winter 1912-1914. Eleven drawings are enhanced with watercolours, fabric samples accompany some.
This volume comes from Madame Suzanne, likely a workshop director or saleswoman at Redfern. Several drawings include references to branches in Nice and Monte Carlo, suggesting that these models were available at these Redfern establishments at the time.
