Tirage argentique d'époque monté sur carton, légende et échantillon de tissu au verso. La légende indique : "Pierre Balmain uses Sun-ray gathers at the V neckline of this simple, chic cocktail dress in ivory acetate satin. Carrying through Balmain's theme of the slim "I" silhouette, the skirt has just the faintest hint of fulness at the waistline."
Pierre Balmain débute sa carrière chez Molyneux en 1934.
